The Archaeological Museaum is located in Andros town also called Chora ,
the capital of Andros island, is.
It is located at Kairi square and it is a donation of Vassilis and Eliza
Goulandris.
Important finds from geometrical , archaic , classic , roman and byzantine period are exhibited here. Worth seeing is also the statue of Hermes which was found at Paleopolis and was brought in Greece by King Othon.
